Strata Subdivision (Block of 8 Units)

Isabel Villas is a block of 8 units acquired for strata titling into 8 separate titles. This was also an exciting project because of its vast untapped potential. We were able to split the property into multiple titles and also provide a face lift to the units. The implementation of these strategies achieved a higher sale price and higher rental.
