Land Subdivision

This project comprised a simple subdivision of the land known as boundary realignment. A 1300 m2 land with a well-placed house was acquired to split into two separate titles. Our target was to retain the house and release the equity. Although there were some challenges during the project phase, it reaped outstanding returns.
